The St. George Cathedral Debke Troupe showcased their new and exciting routine which awed those who attended. Children's activities, games for all ages, delicious foods, delightful sweets and much much more truly made the weekend a great one!
The Saturday Hafli was a great celebration of everyone gathered together. Almost 400 people filled every corner of the Church Hall while a large crowd gathered at the different games outside. The band performed for several hours until midnight. All enjoyed every minute. A surprise guest came midway during the Hafli: renowned Middle Eastern singer Hussam Jneid ascended the stage and sang for a short but very sweet while.
All proceeds from this year's Festival have been earmarked to Save the Dome, which is in need of immediate repair. The Festival raffle drawing was held on Sunday afternoon. The three prizes were won by three different families of the Church. Congratulations to all of them!
