Update: October 15, 2007
We are continuing to work on the site. New content is being created daily. As of today, October 15, we now have staff working daily on the site. The first major steps we are working on are, one, a new banner and general graphical look to the site; and, two, a new organizational layout and new navigation menus. We expect these first major upgrades to be in place by early November. Thank you for your patience!
