The Department of Conventions and Conference Planning has been given the responsibility of overseeing the planning and selection of all Archdiocese Conventions as well as all regional Parish Life Conferences.

All Parish Life Conferences and Archdiocese Conventions are required to use the Antiochian Events Registration System. The Department encourages all Parish Life Conferences and Archdiocese Conventions to charge a processing fee to all Teens, Adults and Clergy who do not purchase any event ticket(s), in order to offset administrative expenses. It is the policy of the Department that no event ticket have a price less than the price of the processing fee.

Vendor Registration for 2017 Archdiocese Convention Now Open

 

 

The 2017 Archdiocese Convention Committee announces with excitement that Vendor Registration is NOW OPEN! The commitment to raise Convention standards is proven once again with the efforts to make vendors proud of being a part of the Antiochian Archdiocese's Convention to be held in July 2017 in Miami, Florida. Vendors will have the opportunity to choose the space of their liking from a convenient layout published alongside the Vendor Registration Form on the 2017 Archdiocese Convention Website. In addition, online Registration also available.

Great exposure awaits all vendors, who will be signed up on a "First come, first serve" basis. With over 2000 attendees expected, this Convention promises to help all the faithful benefit from the great work of the Orthodox vendors in this country and abroad. See you in July 2017, God willing!

Department of Conventions and Conference Planning is Accepting Bids for 2021 Archdiocese Convention Hosting

The Department of Conventions and Conference Planning (DCCP) would like to inform parishes that the deadline for submitting bids to host the  2021 Archdiocese Convention is February 1, 2017. Parishes interested in bidding or obtaining information about the bidding process can contact the DCCP Co-Chairs, Carol Jazzar or Raed O. Sweiss. The DCCP email is DCCP@Antiochian.org. Please visit the Department website for contact and bid information.

It is recommended that no contact be made with the hotels until you contact the DCCP Co-Chairs. No contract or any form of commitment should be made without the approval of the DCCP.
